We accept most credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
If you are not totally satisfied with your goods you may return them for a full refund. You have a right to cancel within seven days of placing your order or within seven days of receipt of goods, (whichever is longer). Any discrepancies with orders must be notified within three days of receipt. Returned goods must be returned to us unsoiled & unused within 14 days of receipt and be accompanied by a returns number. Please call 0333 600 6101 to obtain a returns number. All goods remain the property of Wormerclub until paid for in full.
All orders include delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland. For other delivery destinations, please contact us in advance to obtain a delivery charge.
We aim to deliver all goods within 5 days of order. Should any item be out of stock, please allow up to fourteen days for delivery. In this case you will be notified and have the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
All orders will have VAT at 17.5% included in the price shown on the site.
All credit card details are encrypted and only held to facilitate the transactions you make. No credit card details are held in clear text on the web site.
We do not disclose any buyers information to any third party companies other than those involved in the processing of credit card transactions. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the goods in your shopping basket and for reminders of wormers next due should you select the ‘remind me’ option.
